Click here to get map and Directions:  From Beltway 8 Take the Hammerly – Kempwood Exit.  Turn east onto Kempwood.  Continue east on Kempwood, crossover Gessner and get in the left lane.  Watch for the Spring Shadows Subdivision marker in the median.  Take the first left on Lively Lane ( street sign is obscured by trees) just past the marker and directly in front of Spring Shadows Elementary School .  From Lively Lane take the 1^st right on Blankenship.  House will be on the left.

Our sale will be conducted as normal on our usual days but with the addition of a Sunday Afternoon Auction of goods remaining from this estate.  The auction will be conducted by Dave Curtis (License #15076) of Full Circle Auction Company .  10% buyer’s premium added to auction purchases. Bring your lawn chairs, etc. for seating.  See the attached flyer for the sale we are conducting just blocks over.

This is a great opportunity for artists, crafters, teachers, or any organization that uses arts and crafts supplies to get some great deals on materials.  Come out and see a studio full from 1^st floor to 2^nd of really good materials for your creative pursuits.  Most of the materials are new and unused.

  Directions:  From Kempwood turn north onto Gessner. Take Gessner to Kemp Forest turn right on Kemp Forest and right into the first entry of the town homes complex.  3058 will on the immediate right at the corner of first driveway. Signs will be posted on fence and entry will be through the garage.
