THE WAREHOUSE SALE 5215 S Main/ 35 South Pearland, TX 77581 (Galveston/Brazoria County Key Map 655H)

The warehouse is actually the old "Lee's Seafood Restaurant" located on the northbound (east) side of 35 between CR126 and Dixie Farm Road. You will recognize it by a very large rusted anchor next to the old sign with a marquee advertising this sale. We should have other signs out so you won't miss us. This Sale will be a combination of many mini sales, made up for the most part of smalls with items which was never added to previous sales, items from previous sale and small estate buyouts. In Addition there will be items from the Helen Hunt Brown Estate of Alvin. Helen Hunt was know for her Folk Art Paintings. Her love for art is evident in the large collection of art including prints and student studies. Read below for a detailed description. There are lots of great smalls, artwork, linens, and kitchen collectibles along with the general decorative, household and garage items we always offer. In addition, for you guys , 2 sheds/outbuildings with tools, lawn & garden equipment and lots of just stuff. A deck with barroom . Thanks for making our business a success.
