Turn North onto Rowan Burton Road and continue straight and crossover South Street. Once across South Street, Adams Street will the first right turn off Rowan Burton. Follow Adams to number 1905. House is on the right. Please be courteous and do not block any driveways when parking. HAPPY NEW YEAR! You are hereby invited to our first sale of year 2007. This will be a good sale combining two estates - the Nancy Tubb Living Estate of Alvin TX and the Estate of Mr. and Mrs. Roy A. Hoffman (Hoffman Lumber) of Texas City TX. The furniture from both estates is of good quality. Lots of good solid hardwoods by name makers. We are also adding pieces of Nippon china and porcelain from a private collection in Friendswood.
