Vendor Rules and Regulations


 

Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. shall designate selling areas (spaces). Each Vendor shall conduct business only within the confines of his/her designated space(s). No construction such as tables, racks, walls, etc. may be built without Arbor Antiques Services, Inc.'s prior consent. Vendors may not breakdown their selling area prior to Saturday, 5:00 p.m.  In case of sellout or an emergency arises, contact Arbor Antiques Services, Inc.

Food items must be sold from a concession stand that meets the State Of Texas Health Department standards. The sell of any food items requires approval from Arbor Antiques Services, Inc.

Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. reserves the right to restrict the sell, display or distribution of any printed materials, photographs, books, paraphernalia, or other representation in order to maintain a proper moral and wholesome environment. No one shall bring upon or distribute on the grounds any political, religious, solicitous matter or handbills without prior written consent of Arbor Antiques Services, Inc.

No animals shall be sold or exhibited. All pets must remain inside RV's, in a kennel or on a leash.

Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. will provide 24-hr. security on the grounds Thursday, the beginning of the show, until Sunday, the end of the show, but there are no guarantees. Merchandise left on the grounds is done so entirely at the risk of the owner. Arbor Antiques Services, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, personal property or vehicles while on premises.

In accordance with the Texas State Law: "waste water of any type may not be discharged or flow into a public place, gutter, street, creek, etc.

Vehicles parked illegally or in a space not assigned to the vehicle owner will be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicles or trailers remaining on the grounds after Noon on Monday, after the show has ended, will be charged $30.00 per day. Unattended vehicles or trailers will be impounded.

Cancellation is permitted and deposit will be refunded with a 60 day notice prior to the show. Space rental for the on going show, reservations and renewal spaces for up and coming shows, may also be made at the office during the show. To retain the same space for the next show, reserve the space by 7:00p.m. on Saturday, the last day of the show. After this time, it will be first come-first serve. The show office will be available on site from Saturday, before the show starts Thursday, until Monday, after the show has ended. The office will not cash checks or accept two-party checks. There will be $25.00 charge on all returned checks. Spaces are to be paid for in full before merchandise is put on display.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for minor children or pets brought onto the premises.
